Security Clearance:

Must be a US Citizen eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense (DoD) active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Salary Range - $60,000 - $80,000

Job Summary:

Utilize expertise in automotive related chemistry and materials, and expertise in statistical design and analysis. Analyze data and write reports and report research and test results in various formats. Conduct statistical analyses and interpret statistical test data at an expert level. Use experience in a specific automotive research field; know industry trends and issues in the specific field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continue to gain extensive experience and considered an expert in a specific automotive research field; knows industry trends and issues in the specific field.
• Utilize expertise in automotive related chemistry and materials, and expertise in statistical design and analysis.
• Analyze data and write reports and report research and test results in various formats.
• Conduct statistical analyses and interpret statistical test data at an expert level.
• Attend and make presentations at automotive industry conferences and meetings and collect information in area of specialization.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation Minimum: $60,000

Compensation Maximum: $80,000

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and considered an expert in a specific automotive research field; knows industry trends and issues in the specific field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and advanced skills in managing multiple projects are required.
• Expertise in automotive related chemistry and materials, and expertise in statistical design and analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and write reports and report research and test results in various formats.
• Ability to conduct statistical analyses and interpret statistical test data at an expert level.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and the location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. Possible lifting up to 50 lbs.
