Provide organizational planning and data management of a project that includes surveys and focus groups at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry.
Daily Operations
- Contact Meharry graduates and current students to send out questionnaires.
- Organize and conduct focus group sessions (face to face and virtual).
- Assist the PI with administrative duties as needed including in the preparation of informed consent documents. Recruit and obtain informed consent from study participants.
- Work with the PI to develop a manual of operations for the project.
- Work with the statistician to facilitate the transfer of data collected for analysis.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No supervisory capacity over other individuals.
- Competence in both oral and written English and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled in the use of PC/Computer software.
- Ability to exercise discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years experience in social studies research
