Residency Coordinator

Posting Summary:Provide direction for the activities and day-to-day coordination of educational and departmental activities for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Responsibilities include administrative support to the Directors and program administration of the training program; and educational coordination between attending physicians, residents, medical students, institutional and regulatory administrative offices.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective interpersonal skills required.
Desirable Qualifications:Knowledge of medical education administration, evaluation systems and faculty development. Effective problem solving and decision making skills.
Anticipated Pay Range:$25 - $26.25/hour
Special Conditions:Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, This position is ineligible for telework due to the essential functions, Background Check required for this position
