Description:
Primary Purpose of Position:

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers clinically competent medical care services during operations. The RN ensures safe patient care and adherence to all policies and procedures within their scope of practice. All on-site staff and contractors must be fully vaccinated per CDC guidelines.

Essential Functions:

• This role involves direct patient interaction and may require working in non-traditional clinical settings.
• It is customer-facing with high expectations for operational excellence, especially in maintaining strict infection prevention and control practices.
• Work hours may vary based on location, patient volume, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with patience and high-level customer service to all patients and staff.
• Act professionally with minimal supervision as a representative
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and solve moderately complex problems independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational guidelines, including HIPAA.
• Organize workload, set priorities, complete assignments in a timely manner, and utilize resources appropriately while adhering to organizational standards.
