As a RWE Analyst, you will be:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our Real-World Evidence (RWE) team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting Patient Health Data, leveraging your expertise in R, Python, SQL and Claims data. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights from healthcare data, contributing to evidence generation for our products and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Patient Health Data and Claims data to extract valuable insights and trends.
- Develop and implement data processing and cleaning strategies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and correlations within the data.
- Collaborate with the Real-World Evidence team to contribute to the development of strategies for generating meaningful evidence from healthcare data.
- Work on designing and implementing data models and algorithms to support RWE initiatives
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, statisticians, and IT professionals to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and real-world evidence
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on Patient Health Data and Claims data.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python.
- Experience with healthcare databases and real-world evidence generation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations in healthcare data analytics.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 70,000 $ - 82,000 $ Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
