Sales Operations Associate
Shamrock Foods Company

Performs work associated with processing customer orders.

Essential Duties:

• Receives and verifies purchase Trading company orders.
• Receives and verifies purchase orders for select key customers.
• Ensures product availability prior to order processing.
• Reviews orders for completeness, ensuring that all incomplete orders are forwarded for further processing.
• Enters the appropriate customer and billing information on order forms.
• Drafts invoices, contracts, and other shipment documents.
• Monitors delivery dates.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding order processing issues.
• Keeps track of product inventory and alerts relevant departments when supplies run low.
• New Item request liaison - ensures product does not already exist.
• Coordinates yield tests with production.
• Compiles all completed information for Category Management for new item submittal.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of related experience
• Knowledge of meat a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
