Baer is looking for SAP S4 HANA SME for a 3-month Federal remote project.

Title: SAP S4 HANA SME
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analysis to assess the existing SAP instances, identify gaps in functionality, and provide actionable insights on how SAP S/4 HANA can address these gaps.
• Evaluate processes, systems, and workflows to recommend improvements and optimizations as part of the S/4 HANA implementation.
• Lead the efforts to converge multiple SAP S/4 instances into a unified, streamlined system. Analyze existing landscapes and propose solutions to harmonize systems across different environments.
• Identify synergies and opportunities to eliminate redundancies within the S/4 systems.
• Assess the viability of SAP S/4 HANA as a solution for different business functions and processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Analyze business processes to determine gaps in the current system configurations and suggest effective solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure that process improvements are aligned with business needs.
• Document findings, create detailed reports, and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Provide clear, concise updates to both technical and non-technical teams to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Work closely with the client's IT and business teams to understand requirements, discuss challenges, and provide expertise on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Lead workshops and discussions with clients to assess pain points, needs, and possible solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP S/4 HANA releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously bring new ideas and solutions to the client.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and/or migrations.
• Proven track record of performing fit-gap analysis and identifying process improvements in SAP environments.
• Experience with multiple S/4 instances, particularly in converging disparate SAP landscapes into a unified system.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, modules, and core functionalities.
• Expertise in SAP process design, configuration, and integration.
• SAP S/4 HANA certification (preferred).
