Title; SAP Specialist
Direct-Hire (Fulltime)
Jersey City, NJ 07302(Hybrid)
POSITION SUMMARY
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the SAP Public Cloud ERP, Operation and Management (Change, Trouble Shooting, User
support, Process Design).
• Provide support in the interface matter between ERP and 3rd party systems.
• Primary contact to HQ IT for the Company's SAP technical activities.
• Participate in improvement initiatives of the Company's system related processes with Business Process Owners
and Power Users.
• Recognize and improve the company's use of the ERP System, using best practice and standard delivered
solutions.
• Design and agree functional specifications to meet new business requirements, including defining technical
specifications in SAP.
• Advice on ERP Governance.
• Work with other IT resources to advise and ensure the technical solutions will meet functional requirements for
the Company.
• Undertake configuration of SAP where necessary for solution delivery.
• Debug and rectify functionality-related system Faults in SAP.
• Query and analyze data within the existing system to provide essential information for future improvements.
• Perform unit testing to ensure functional requirements are met.
• Support business users as necessary during QA acceptance testing.
• Provide training for new users to SAP as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP system
• Public Cloud experience would plus point
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Communication skill with SAP Key users to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them.
• SAP SD module experience.
• OTC Process Design and Customization
• Intercompany Sales Process
• Free Goods/Returnable Process/Credit and Debit
• Additional module would plus point (FI or MM)
• Interface experience (e.g. Firm-Banking, Concur, 3PL)
• Strong presentation/Documentation skills
• Project Management Skills
• Technical Trouble Shooting Skills
• Ability to successfully work in a global cross functional environment.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Certification in IT, Financial Technical Systems a plus.
