Scrum Master - Payment Domain
Responsibilities:
- Guide, coach, and motivate cross-functional agile teams in the payment domain.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
- Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
- Oversee scope, timeline, quality, and deliverables.
- Build a trusting, safe environment for problem-solving.
- Collaborate with other teams across the domain.
- Support the Product Manager and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
- Organize planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Promote agile principles and track team progress.
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in large-scale enterprises.
- Agile experience in other roles (QA, development, product owner, or agile coach).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
