Senior Accountant

Salary: 80,000-90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting journal entries.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on discrepancies between budgets, forecasts, and actual financial performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and supporting compliance.
• Maintain and monitor the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate entry of financial data.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing data-driven insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assisting in the preparation of tax returns and filings.
• Implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in NETSUITE and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
