Senior Analyst, Operations - Walmart Luminate
Responsibilities:
- Gather data requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on usage metrics related to Walmart Luminate suite of products
- Support with tactical operations during the opportunity lifecycle
- Ensure client readiness on the Luminate platform post close
- Stand up & support process around a centralized procurement process for all of Data Ventures
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendation to solve business issues
- Support ad-hoc projects related to business growth
- Identifying root causes and developing potential solutions for initiatives; and making recommendations based on data and observation
- Partnering with account management, business development, product management, and other groups to drive projects
- Implements operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by developing mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
- Minimum 2 years experience in procurement, accounting, finance, or sales operations
- Strong verbal and written communications - able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Account Management, Business Development, and Leadership.
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools like PowerBI
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple, simultaneous solutions
- Experience developing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insights
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results
- Some business insights or analysis
- High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$132,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00-$143,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
