As a Coordinator supporting the Early Career Program team, you will be instrumental in organizing and facilitating training sessions, managing program logistics, and providing administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of development initiatives. This role provides growth opportunities, a balanced work/life dynamic, and allows you to engage in meaningful work that directly contributes to the professional growth of new hires. What you'll do...
Event Coordination: Partner with the Early Career program management team to coordinate the annual Early Career events calendar. Support the planning, design, development, communication, and delivery of Technology and Corporate Function Early Career events and program components, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.
Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, provide post-event reviews, and analyze insights to gauge event impact and identify opportunities for future improvements.
Budget Management: Work within the event budget to deliver high-quality events while finding creative ways to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and save costs.
Event Reconciliation: Handle event reconciliation promptly and accurately, including invoice processing and cost center charge-outs.
Team Coordination: Engage and coordinate with People and Business teams, as well as Senior Leaders, to support the implementation of various programming.
Program Support: Provide ongoing support to Early Career associates and managers throughout the duration of the programs.
Content Management: Oversee the creation and content of Early Careers intranet and Workplace sites, ensuring they are regularly updated and engaging.
Community Engagement: Maintain an active presence on Workplace, Teams, and Slack by answering questions, posting events, and engaging with early career associates.
Communication Campaigns: Develop and execute the annual communication campaign, draft communications, announcements, program changes, and updates, and determine the most impactful delivery methods.
Resource Development: Create Early Career associate and manager playbooks and toolkits, training decks, and other resources to support program success.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
