Your role:

As a leading science and technology company, we are dedicated to using data to enhance customer outcomes. Join our Life Science Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) as a Front-end Software Engineer - Data & Analytics Application Development, where you'll work with a global team of analytics experts on scalable use cases and data products. In this role, you will contribute to the digital transformation of our supply chain by developing data analytics products on Palantir Foundry.

You will be an integral part of our use case delivery team supporting the Integrated Business Management (IBM) initiative. As a front-end software engineer, you will utilize your expertise to create user-friendly data analytics applications with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

You will be designing and developing interfaces to support data-intensive workflows that need to be both powerful and approachable. While your main focus will be on the front-end development, we highly value talents that bring a diverse (full-stack) skillset, are eager to learn and want to engage in the full use case development journey. You may spend one day with the product manager interviewing users to better understand their needs and identifying product gaps to improve. The next day, you might find yourself brainstorming approaches to design and handle intricate UX needs with your teammates or be coding the data model to back a new workflow or analytics feature for our products.

People at ACE enjoy significant autonomy in their work, necessitating a broad skill set. Many team members also possess deep expertise in specific areas. You might be an engineer who is very creative and passionate about design, or one who is very passionate about quality excellence and share technical knowledge and best practices. We appreciate every nuance that you bring to the team!

At ACE we cultivate a vibrant culture that emphasizes continuous learning, open communication and we care for each other. Our employees benefit from diverse training programs and mentorship opportunities, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement. We promote a transparent feedback culture where every voice is valued, encouraging collaboration and innovative solutions. Additionally, we prioritize a positive work environment through social events and team-building activities, ensuring that work is not just about tasks but also about building relationships.

If you're curious about ACE and passionate about leveraging data to transform supply chain management, we encourage you to apply and join our mission.

  • User Interface Development: develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces with strong focus on interactive workflow UIs and data analytics needs
  • Prototyping & Design: collaborate with product managers and designers and contribute your ideas to the design process by building mock-up and prototypes. We value creative minds as every opinion counts!
  • Backend Development: Collaborate and partner closely with solution architects and backend-engineers in building pipelines to back application functionality.
  • Be curios to share & learn: We value a culture of continues learning where everybody contributes through sharing knowledge and taking time to learn new technologies.
