As a Senior Product Development and Sourcing Manager for Fresh Meat Protein Category, you will be at the forefront of Member's Mark development, driving innovation and ensuring quality to fuel profitable growth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the brand, forging strategic partnerships with suppliers, and applying your vision and creativity to transform the member experience. With an intimate understanding of both supplier dynamics and member needs, you'll continuously anticipate what's next for the business, positioning it ahead of the curve.

You bring a wealth of expertise in Product Development and Innovation, particularly within the fresh food sector, with a deep focus on Fresh Meat Protein categories, including Beef, Poultry, Pork, and Lamb.

You'll make an impact by:
Collaborating with suppliers and the Quality team to ensure the accuracy of product specifications and yields, while leading the investigation and resolution of member complaints.
Managing the end-to-end development of Member's Mark products, fostering strong communication and collaboration across key business functions (including Brand Management, Quality, Suppliers, and Sourcing) to drive both new product creation and the renovation of existing products.
Establishing and nurturing high-visibility supplier relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering mutual growth.
Building and executing on strategic objectives that advance the Member's Mark Brand, leveraging food product innovation to drive category leadership and long-term success.
Constantly seeking innovative solutions and creative ideas to enhance business performance, drive continuous innovation, and elevate the overall member experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
