JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

We are seeking an Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who has hands-on experience with SFMC development and configuration. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and leveraging APIs, ETL processes. Hands on AMPScript, SSJS, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, automation workflows, and customer journeys within SFMC
• Develop custom applications and integrations using SFMC APIs, AMPscript, and SSJS, real time triggers, HTML/CSS
• Leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder for automation
• Design and implement API, data integration and ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow between SFMC and other systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC configurations, automation, and data synchronization
• Stay up to date with the latest SFMC features, best practices, and industry trends
• Document development processes, configurations, and integrations for reference and training purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness

Required Education and Experience

1. 3-4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and configuration
2. Proficiency in SFMC Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
3. Strong Knowledge of SFMC Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
4. Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and best practices
5. Experience working with JIRA or similar work tracking tools
6. Facilitate root cause analysis and proper documentation for defects/bugs

Preferred Education & Experience

1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which will be based on-site with the client in Dallas, Texas. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
