Shipside Operations Specialist 2

Responsibilities:

• Support shipside operations by resolving emergent issues and coordinating with various teams to prevent production delays.
• Use automated systems and manual reporting to communicate parts and materials status, ensuring availability and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in tracking, visibility updates, and implementing strategies to improve operational processes.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to parts, materials, and tools following established procedures.
• Coordinate priorities with cross-functional teams to expedite production and avoid schedule disruptions.
• Work under general supervision, providing feedback on assessments and operational plans.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with [Company Name] systems is required.
• Proficiency in systems such as Velocity, REDARS, Product Standards Data System (PSDS), and Integration Visualization Tool (IVT).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of experience in operations analysis.
• 1+ year of experience in root cause analysis.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • Experience in project management.
