The Solutions Delivery Strategist, Client Solutions is responsible for developing business process and technology solutions to meet client requests for additional services or internal business-focused solutions. The Solutions Delivery Strategist probes to understand client requests and requirements working internally across business and technology operational units to develop solutions that meet client requested needs and add value to our clients and the Cenlar organization. This position works on solution sizing and work with stakeholders to develop pricing and statement of work from receipt of request through scoping, estimating, pricing, contracting and implementation coordination

Responsibilities:

• Resolves complex problems or transactions where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes

• Explains capabilities to key business users, leveraging existing capabilities into solutions where possible

• Is a subject matter expert with respect to the business practices and procedures for teams across the organization

• Works cross operationally with business and technology units to coordinate and monitor the implementation of complex and multi-faceted client solutions

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk.

• Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Mortgage and servicing process business and systems knowledge

• Gaining ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makers

• 10+ years of related experience required

• Primary focus of role is on day-to-day deliverables, developing solutions based upon subject expertise, and presenting solutions to client or internal stakeholders at a broader level

• Experience partnering and collaborating with eternal client and business teams and internal technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teams

• Ability to form relationships with all stakeholders

• Functional knowledge, including multiple methodologies and tools, and ongoing awareness of evolution within the industry that breeds innovation across the team

• Strong organizational and communications skills allowing driving of progress and collaboration
