Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Paid Social

Location: Hybrid NYC

Length: Ongoing W2 contract, potential to convert

As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will advance in your specialist career path, receiving continuous training and mentorship in all aspects of paid social. You will have moved beyond the basics of social media fundamentals. In this role, you will take on increased responsibility and accountability for executing Paid Social campaigns and gain further exposure to account growth opportunities through client-facing missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing social strategies by compiling client research, competitive data, and social platform information.
• Support and enhance paid media tactical planning and buying across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Set up media trackers, build media authorizations and insertion orders, manage the billing process, and actualize dollars on an ongoing basis.
• Identify optimization opportunities and make media recommendations.
• Support community managers in developing and maintaining social content calendars for various platforms.
• Stay current with the latest updates on tools, techniques, and methods related to social media through research and practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional work experience.
• 1+ year of practical experience running paid social campaigns.
• Prior experience using Excel for data management and/or budgeting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and have a strong interest in the advertising/media industry.
