We'll rely on you to:
- Manage Guy Carpenter's social channels (LinkedIn and Twitter/X) by developing strategies, creating content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance.
- Expand digital marketing offerings through complex design and content writing tasks.
- Plan and execute external-facing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media plans.
- Utilize advanced SEO tools to evaluate web pages, conduct site audits, and perform competitive analysis for actionable insights.
- Contribute to disciplined scorecards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, service levels, quality, and transaction costs.
- Develop and edit copy for marketing materials, including mailings, ads, surveys, and website landing pages.
- Act as a marketing liaison for the company's CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications.
- 5 -7 years of work experience in digital marketing/communications for a Professional Services firm.
- Experience managing business social sites (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Expertise in Pardot, MPower/Dynamics, MS SharePoint.
- Experience with Khoros, EveryoneSocial, Cvent and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proficiency in HTML editing.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $58,900 to $117,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
