We are looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst to assist and support all field administration duties for several sites. Position is for a 6 month contract at a client's site in Fountain Valley, CA. Onsite role that will pay up to $42/hr.
- Responsible for reporting, communications and data collection for sites across the US.
- Update monthly results for all distribution centers and ensure monthly requirements such as training, safety and maintenance programs are met.
- Support/Assist teams with creating reports and analysis for management.
- Basic filing, archiving reports, filing of contracts, certificates of Insurance etc.
- Working with teams to address inefficiencies within the DCs' operations, training the DC teams to understand SOPs.
- Creating and testing system enhancements, reviewing current SOP's and creating new ones for operations.
- Project Management for overall tracking, progression reporting, and accountability.
- Primary contact for headcount reporting, to include annual headcount report and org charts.
- Maintain all other KPI's and assist in analysis of planning of future KPI's targets, revisions, and calculations for the DC's.
Work Schedule & Travel Requirements
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma is required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
- 2-4 years of operations experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years of automotive industry experience is preferred.
- 0-2 years of Computers/Information Technology - Database Analyst experience is preferred.
- Data mining/SQL/Python/machine Learning, VBA, Power BI and other interactive data analysis and visualization tools/Languages
