Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior HRIS Technology/Benefits Strategist remote!

As a Senior HRIS Technology/Benefits Strategist you will:

Be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This will require an understanding of HR systems and benefits, along with technical know-how required to manage all file feeds and vendor changes as it relates to HRIS, benefits and external vendors. Also assist benefits team with ACA reporting, LOA management, HSA, process, COBRA continuation, care package matrix and compliance and regulatory reporting.

This is a full time Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field preferred.

• Several years of experience with information systems.

Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system experience is required.

• Critical HR competencies including process management, analytical skills, decision-making, problem solving, collaboration and customer service skills.

Salary: $80K-$100K

*Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
