Nature & Purpose of Position:The student will provide administrative support to the professional staff of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Some but not all duties will include data entry, copying, filing & distributing of various correspondence and forms, maintaining office supplies, assisting with special projects and events as needed, answering telephones, greeting and directing visitors, and other duties needed in the daily operations of the office. This is an undergraduate student position.
Other Requirements for the Position:Student must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Our office is located at 2424 Sam Houston Avenue, 8B, Huntsville, Texas 77340.
