Nature & Purpose of Position:

Academic Support Staff will support athletic staff in various areas of NCAA student athlete success. Student must be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week. From helping study for exams, reviewing course material, correcting grammar/syntax of essays, and providing study tips. They will also help with study hall, monitoring, and general academic support. Student tutors work with our student-athletes in different academic areas/needs.

Other Requirements for the Position:

Qualification:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Earned a B or higher in course to tutor
• Good Communication Skills
