Your new role

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent who thrives on delivering top-notch healthcare projects. You will lead our partner's team to success, ensuring every project is a testament to quality and innovation. If you have a proven track record in managing healthcare construction projects and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want you on our team!

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Procore and familiarity with Microsoft Projects, Primavera P6, Bluebeam.
• Experience with Infection Control standards & OSHA compliance.
