Systems Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and database management tools, especially SQL Server.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise database systems and related integrations.
• Collaborate with technical staff and stakeholders to troubleshoot system connectivity and data issues.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical problems using a methodical approach.
• Prioritize and resolve support tickets related to data integrations using IT service management tools.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies to improve system performance.
• Ensure proper security controls are in place across enterprise applications.
• Contribute to the organization's data strategy and support technical goals.
• Deliver clear documentation and communication around system processes and issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all tasks.

Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
