Job Summary:
The Talent Management Strategist designs system-wide initiatives across Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture or System-Strategy, aimed at creating and maintaining an aligned, healthy and agile high performance organization.
The individual in this role will analyze the current workforce, forecast future talent needs based on organizational strategic objectives, identify skill and competency gaps, and develop targeted strategies to recruit, retain, and reskill talent and redesign roles to accomplish long-term company goals. This requires strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement workforce plans that align with the organization's strategy.
Has knowledge and experience in a variety of Talent Management functional areas and may have an expertise in a particular area. Has successfully led/co-led system-wide change initiatives that include impact to multiple factors. Knowledgeable about evidence-based approaches to organizational diagnosis, along with Talent Mgmt frameworks, practices and tools. Blends theory and practice to create successful strategies. Involves stakeholders in a collaborative approach to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and facilitate change.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
1. Advances organizational strategy, culture development, and performance through the design and deployment of best practice frameworks, methods, and tools to support enterprise organizational effectiveness.
2. Builds relationships across Talent Management, HR and Operations to collaborate with key stakeholders in implementing system initiatives and reinforcement mechanisms, leveraging current or recommending future technology to create simple, user-friendly and unified experiences for team members througout their Wellstar Journey.
3. Designs change management plans, activities, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, and change impact assessments. Coaches and consults with HR and Organization leaders to enhance change management and talent development skills to support positive, sustained change and achieve performance metrics
4. Provides support to system and functional committees by actively participating in meetings, providing insights based on skill and experience and supporting process implementation as needed
5. Actively participates in OD/OE and/or Business Strategy professional networks to learn, support personal development, and share best practices

Required Minimum Education:
Master's Degree preferably in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Required
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
