Description: Job Title: Tech Support Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX (Traveling Required)
Duration: Contract
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience in desktop support or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
- Provide support for users of computers and software systems
- Offer hands-on or remote assistance with computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance
- Conduct general training for relevant applications and hardware
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Set up desktop hardware and provide instructions
- Assist with the installation of computer software and operating system updates
- Maintain logs of support provided
