Job Title: Technology Business Systems Consultant (Contingent)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Description: As a Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex challenges in Technology Business Systems Consulting that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Knowledge of Loan IQ Booking and Servicing modules, including navigating tables and understanding their interrelations to configure the system.
- Ability to think outside the box to innovate solutions that enhance operational efficiencies for bank servicing needs.
- Experience creating Visio diagrams is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
