Temporary Docketing Specialist (remote)

Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm, is seeking a Docketing Specialist for a one month contract assignment, with the potential for extension.The successful candidate must have 3+ years of litigation docketing experience, professional experience in calendaring multi-state and federal case deadlines and supporting litigation attorneys. The candidate hired must reside in the NYC metro area and be able to work remotely.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' of litigation docketing experience in a law firm supporting litigation attorneys.
• Knowledge of multi-state rules of civil procedure, federal rules of procedure, and United States Bankruptcy Court Rules.
• Superior computer and organizational skills, including familiarity with Court Alert docketing system.
