Join our Thermoplastics Research & Development group as a TPO Research & Innovation Intern, where you'll work on projects related to our TPO Membrane product line. This role offers hands-on experience in both fundamental and applied research, providing an opportunity to contribute to product and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct literature research on flexible TPO formulation and processing.
* Prepare samples for and perform physical and analytical testing.
* Analyze and interpret test results to support R&D projects.
* Present findings and conclusions to the team.
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D degree in Polymer Science, Engineering, or Chemistry.
* Minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Strong understanding of thermoplastic polymer structure-property relationships.
* Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
