Facility: Wellstar MCG Health
Position Summary: Facilitates the safest and most efficient movements of patients and their belongings throughout the Medical Center. Displays courtesy and professionalism in delivering patient- and family-centered care and customer service. Utilizes routes that ensure the safety of both the patient and employee. Operates patient tracking software on a daily basis to track all moves of patients and assigned equipment.
Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Excellent people skills. Ability to learn/work with computers and online transport system. Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Requirements: Vocational or technical training or degree in a healthcare related field. 2 years or more of experience in healthcare or customer service related field.
