• The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and should have a minimum of 5 years of auto/liability insurance defense experience (personal injury experience would also be considered); prior experience handling complex civil litigation matters; solid client relations skills; and the ability to learn and use multiple electronic file management system.
• Conduct necessary and appropriate discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and similar proceedings.
• Research the law applicable to cases or matters; draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs and opinions as required. If requested, conduct settlement negotiations.
