In this UX Engineer role, you will document, influence, and improve project processes. You'll also take on the challenges of creating project management templates inside Asana, which help make every step in a project's life visible and actionable to different marketing teams.

To give you an idea of how this UX Engineer role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Manage multiple projects at a high level (keeping designers on task and meeting deadlines, helping to task out and timeline projects)
• Help designers with meeting documentation and tracking down answers to open items, help them schedule meetings, and handle meeting documentation, including setting up FigJam design reviews
• Coordinate 2 x 30-minute weekly support meetings with engineering, routing questions as needed
• Gather, input, and organize projects into new portfolios for several design and marketing areas
• Help establish the usage of Asana across newly adopting teams

• Experience with FIGMA and Asana
• Familiarity with network access work using a VPN company email address and using Teams, Outlook calendar, and FIGMA access
• Comfortable working with design, engineering, and marketing teams in order to create diagrams/workflows of processes
