Hays Commercial Real Estate have partnered with a US-based owner developer, who are seeking a VP of Property Management to drive operational excellence across their Manhattan office portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans across the assigned assets, and leading teams to ensure they maximize portfolio performance.

This position, based out of the group's Manhattan corporate office, will utilize your expertise in developing and implementing operating procedures within class A commercial office spaces. Managing a team of over 60 property management professionals, you will be responsible for financial reporting, environmental and sustainability efforts, maintaining first class tenant relations, and providing market insights to guide current and future development projects in the region. Collaborating with the regional and national leadership teams, you will play a vital role in aligning procedures and maximizing efficiency across all New York locations.
