Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Clerk Adminin FREMONT, CA 94538
As a Warehouse Clerk Admin you will be.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Everyday come on time in the office and check immediately the email.
- Print the email if there is a new work orders issued.
- Copy the work orders in the email and print the material list.
- When the Shop Floor release the work orders, print the travel cards and put all the labels necessary to the travel cards and to the supporting papers.
- Report immediately to me if after ten minutes the work orders not yet release.
- Keep organize the office with the supplies necessary and follow the 5S.
- Prepare materials before receive work orders like all the labels necessary for the travel cards.
- Keep update all information about printer (Zebra) computer and program L11 Passwords.
- Report immediately to me some issues with Zebras Printer and don't move any function that is not authorized.
- Preferred Bilingual Chinese/English
This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.
Location: FREMONT, California 94538
Duration: +3 Months contract
Shift: 1st shift
Pay: $21.50/hr
