Workday Financial Administrator

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Workday System Administrator. This is a permanent, direct hire, flexible hybrid role near Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize the Workday system, including configuration, data loads, integrations, and maintenance.
• Manage Workday security configurations, business processes, and security roles.
• Review Workday roadmap and release notes, assessing new features and their impacts.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data integrity and integration problems.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Provide training and support for all Workday users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Lead the configuration and maintenance of core Workday components.
• Perform system testing for updates and enhancements.
• Recommend and implement improvements and new applications.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (Accounting experience preferred).
• Experience administering Workday, including security, business processes, and configurations.
• Strong understanding of Workday administration, functional configuration, reporting, security, and integration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks under pressure.
