What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll handle a variety of tasks to keep our office running efficiently, including:

Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintaining and updating files, records, and databases.
Supporting team projects and collaborating with multiple departments.
Assisting with office supply management and general office duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not required).
  • A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mindset.
