Established organization is hiring for an Affiliate Manager on a direct hire basis. Pay range: $60-80k DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze trends and performance from online marketing campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Provide affiliates with performance insights and optimization recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with potential affiliates via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Leverage expertise in online marketing best practices to provide consultative support to affiliates.
  • Understand and manage referral tracking methods (e.g., cookie expiration, last-click attribution).
  • Prior experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Approach challenges with a critical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry conventions and events.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, ideally within an online lead generation company, with a preference for experience in short-term lending or the mortgage industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high level of internet literacy.
