Position Summary: The Bookkeeper will maintain the financial records of the company by accurately recording day-to-day transactions. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all financial transactions, including sales, receipts, purchases, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are recorded in the correct accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely tax payments.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
