General Maintenance Technician to $75K - Great Opportunity in Real Estate Management!

Our client, an established real estate management firm, is looking for a results-driven and proven leader to join the facilities management group as a General Maintenance Technician! In this role, the General Maintenance Technician will provide on-site maintenance for a portfolio of industrial properties in New England. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of Facility Management experience, preferably within industrial properties.

Position Detail:

• Location: Wakefield, MA
• Work Model: On site
• Degree: High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical or Vocational school
• Responsibilities include providing day-to-day supervision of a portfolio of industrial properties, developing comprehensive annual inspection process for properties, oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems including but not limited to HVAC, water treatment program, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and more, and ensures the safety of tenants daily.
• The ideal candidate will be quality-focused and customer service oriented, proficient in the use of a variety of hand and power tools, and must be comfortable working off ladders, staging and power platforms.
