We are in search for a Senior Human Resources General Manager with a Manufacturing leader in San Antonio. Salary $130k to 150k (max)
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years HR experience and 4 years within a Manufacturing facility.
This position will be responsible for the HR Staff (20+) and overall operation of the HR function.
A qualified candidate is someone who has managed human resources at a Senior Level but also has hands-on experience in all areas of HR including; Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Company Culture, Onboarding, Legal Compliance, OSHA, Payroll
This position will educate, train, monitor, problem solve, and ensure company HR policies are followed across all Employees, Managers and Executives.
This candidate must have experience reporting and presenting to C-level management and significant reporting experience. They must excel in presentations, reporting and KPI discussions with leadership. This covers, turnover, employee relations and conversions. This position will utilize POWERPOINT presentations in frequent meetings.
This position will oversee the hiring, training and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefits programs.
