Position Overview
The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Program Manager supports the SubCom corporate effort related to tracking EHS goals and KPIs, Management Systems, and supporting EHS Databases. This position reports to the Director of Environmental Health and Safety in Newington, NH.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Drive ISO documentation and conformance to ISO principles. Look for efficiencies in documentation, consolidation, and coordination of EHS documentation.
• Understand and manage EHS database functions and promote utilization. Provide related training to users.
• Support processes for intake of injury records, verify records are complete, and manage closure of action items.
• Develop and support general EHS processes for data collection including labor statistics and ESG related data.
• Develop reports and analyze data for performance trends.
• Develop documentation and support EHS management system audits, tracking of findings and corrective actions to closure.
• Assist in the maintenance of EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Occasional travel to selected job sites to support development of skills and knowledge of the business.
